Tonight something got me thinking about an awesome club I went to in Dallas (1994-1995). It was called Arcadia. It was built in 1920’s as a theater and operated that way until the 80’s (I believe) and then it became a club. I went there as a college student and I enjoyed the music, the lighting effects, and the music videos that they showed on the big screen. I have lots of wonderful memories from that place, which make it all more disheartening to know that it recently burned down. I didn’t know this until this evening when I started thinking about it and decided to search for it only to find this! It’s so sad to see things like this happen, but it does.
