I haven’t done an actual post in….not sure how long! I’ve been busy with finishing up school. I had a lot more to do at work before summer than normal due to the fact that the entire school will be painted and recarpeted this summer. So we had to box everything up and take everything off the walls.
Last Sunday, Mother’s Day, was really nice. We went to Columbus, GA to shop. After shopping, we went to the Riverwalk and walked a couple miles. The kids enjoyed seeing all the turtles in the river. Then, from there we went to Peachtree Mall. I got a Jell-O Recipe Book and some Crocs.
This weekend I’ve been at TV Boy’s soccer tournament, end of the year soccer party, taking TV Boy back and forth to a sleepover party. I also spend a great deal of time working on a plan of action for the next school year. I didn’t recieve the end of the year evaluation at work that I had hoped for so I’ve come up with a plan of action for each thing that needs to be improved. I feel pretty good about it, but I’m sure I’ll add to it as the summer goes on.
So I guess that’s all my “playing catch up” ramblings for now! 🙂
Missed your posts lately. I know you are glad school is out. Will you get to hang with your kids a lot this summer? I love going to Columbus, great shopping. My mom and I always go to Peachtree Mall every Christmastime. Auburn/Opelika is finally catching up I think in the shopping department. Glad to see you back!
