Still sick. Man, this infection is kicking my butt! 3rd day to miss work and I didn’t feel any better, so I went back to the doctor. They gave me 2 shots; antibiotic & steroid. Hopin’ I can get back in the swing of things tomorrow!
Yesterday afternoon, my chest had that feeling like a cold was settling in, just like the cold front that was rollin’ in. Today I woke up. Full fledge cough, chest congestion, aches, headache. As the hours ticked away, I could tell I wasn’t getting any better with just rest, so I headed to the doc in the box.

This is a cluster of pollen from a pine tree that has fallen to the grown. Here in the south our cars, sidewalks, pretty much everything get a ‘nice’ dusting of yellow powder from little guys like these. If you’re anything like me, pollen wreaks havoc on my allergies about this time of year. This one just got knocked out of the tree before he could do any damage.
