Last week I played catch up and I don’t event think I cooked…at all! So this week, I’ve got to get back into the swing of it.

A few weeks ago we went to the 200th Anniversary of the Battle at Horseshoe Bend with Monkey’s Cub scout den. We enjoyed hearing the stories as well as seeing the demonstrations.

This Native American is Seminole-Creek
There was a large contingency of Creek Nation Native Americans there from Oklahoma there to honor their ancestry who died during the Battle at Horseshoe Bend.

This is another one from the folder called Fort Davis/Terlingua. There are so many good ones in that folder, so you will be seeing more and more from this one. It’s not too often that Dad is in a picture, so I just had to post this one. You can see he’s been riding his bike through the West Texas Mountains. Love it!
This month I was happy about: starting my new daytime hours.
This month I was sad about: just still really missing me Dad.
Something I accomplished this month was: getting used to working like normal people.
