Sexy?

Why is it that my eight year old is obsessed with the word sexy? He doesn’t know the true meaning of the word. He thinks it means beautiful. He keeps saying, “Ohhhh, that is soooooo sexy!” or “That flower is SeXy!” I keep telling him that’s not really a word he needs to be using and he wants a better explanation. So I told him that it’s more of an adult word. He said, “It’s not a cuss word though.” I told him that it’s not a cuss word, but it’s just not a word he needs to use. LOL! It’s just hilarious to hear him say it. He says it like, “Sex-ay!”

Cash Cab

Mr. Mag started watching a show called Cash Cab. It is so cool. Unexpecting passengers get in a cab in New York City only to have the ceiling of the cab light up and then the driver tells them that they’re in the Cash Cab. IThe taxi takes them to their destination as the driver asks them questions and they rack up money until they get where they’re going or get 3 questions wrong. It’s so much fun to watch. I’m dying to go back to New York and see if we can find him. LOL!

Pixels

Come see what I’ve been working on here. When Digitally Essential designed my blog, they put a ‘photoblog’, which wasn’t really what I was thinking of when I thought of a ‘photoblog’. I decided to go out and search for a good photoblog software, I found Pixelpost.org. I think I like it! Let me know what you think. I’m going to try and start taking a picture every day to post on there. I’m going to try and do some abstract stuff. I’m also going to be posting past photos on the anniversary of that day (if that makes any sense). Here’s 1 year ago and here’s 2 years ago!

Happy Valentine’s Day

Hope everyone who celebrates the day is having the most romantic time evah! I’m sitting here figuring out what I’m going to cook for dinner feeling sorry for myself. 🙂

And for Monica, Mr. Mag and I don’t celebrate the day basically because he has always hated the day. It’s a commercialized holiday that he used to spend the evening stressing out over the plans that didn’t turn out the way he had planned. We decided that we would celebrate it the last weekend in March or the first weekend in April every year, but we never really do that either. And even though we made that mutual decision, I still spend the day being envious of my coworkers who are showered with beautiful gifts and nights out on the town and blah blah blah!

But regardless, I hope your day has been lovely.
