From the Mouth of the 4 year old

On the way to Atlanta tonight, from the 4 year olds:

Alex: Mom, squirrels climb trees.
Alex: Do squirrels pee?
Me: Yes, all animals pee.
Alex: Do dogs pee?
Me: Yes, ALL animals pee!
Alex: Do bears pee?
Me: Yes, ALL animals pee!
Alex: Do bears pooh?
Me: Yes, ALL animals pee and poop!
The conversation continued on and on! It started off really funny, but it got old after awhile.

Valentine’s Day

So this year Rob and I decided to celebrate Valentine’s Day on Valentine’s Day. We usually celebrate later on in the year. He went all out this year, from the concert, to the 3 bouquets of flowers, and candy. It was great. And yah, I know that was like months ago. Give me a break. I’m just trying to update you on all the things that have been going on since I’ve been MIA!

Van Halen Concert

For Valentine’s Day, Rob took me to see Van Halen the Sunday before Valentine’s Day. It was a surprise and I thought it was so sweet of him to think of that. Before the concert, we ate at Ted’s Montana Grill and it was really good. The opening act was kind of an odd choice, Ky-Mani Marley.

Alex’s 4th Birthday

We celebrated Alex’s birthday the weekend after his birthday with some of Mr. Mag’s family. We went to one of his and our favorite restaurants, Durango (Mexican). Here he is blowing out his candles. For his 4th birthday, he got lots of Auburn stuff as you can see when if you click on the pic above. He also finally got a bookshelf for his room.

Behind

I’m so behind on posting here. Have tons to write about as my husband says. Although, he hasn’t lately. I’ve been working my tail trying to get our cruise pics up, which I’m not done yet with those. I’m putting those on the family website first for those of you who have access to that. If you don’t and would like to, just comment and I’ll link you up! After that I’ll have them on flickr, but I probably won’t have them labeled on flickr…ever! So keep your eyes open and hopefully I’ll have some updates here soon. I have been somewhat MIA here on the blogging front, but I’m here, reading your blogs, just busy with other stuff right now. I hope to be back into the swing of writing here more often soon. No, for real this time! wink-wink!
