it’s warm and sunny.

I am so very tired after a whirlwind 5 days.
I am thankful for…
the time and memories of Grandmother.

such a Drew these days, mouth and all!
Alex is…
obsessed with harassing Daisy lately. Ugh!
From the kitchen…
frozen foods this week. TOO busy to cook.
I am wearing…
black quarter length sleeve shirt and denim capris with flip flops.
I am creating…
a slideshow for the Cub Scout banquet coming up.
I am going…
to fight to stay awake this evening!
I am reading…
nothing right now.
I am hoping…
to finish up on my slideshow, so I can upload pics from the last few days.
I am hearing…
soft sounds of voices.
Around the house…
messy.

81/365.2011 {Nature’s Pride}

I received a loaf of Nature’s Pride Hearty Wheat with Flax as part of the Foodbuzz Featured Publishers Program.

Made with Pure Olive Oil
22 Grams of Whole Grains per slice
100 calories per slice, see below for more nutrition info.
I thought this bread had a good taste. This bread would be great for sandwiches as it does not have an overwhelming flavor. Very “natural” as the package states. Nice texture. It does have the seeds in it, so if you’re not fond of that you may not enjoy this product. I know my boys complain when I buy bread with seeds or nuts in it. I like it, because it is a little different.

After I tried it plain, I spread Nutella on it. Did I tell you about my addiction to Nutella? Oh I love that stuff! Too bad it’s so expensive.

80/365.2011 {At the Stockyards}

Today we woke up and Rob suggested that we take the morning to get out and do something. He threw a couple options out there and I opted for the Stockyards. It doesn’t matter how many times we go to there, I adore it more every time and it’s one of the most fun places to take pictures! I honestly couldn’t decide which picture to use, but I chose this one, since it features the fam with Dad. I have lots of pics to edit and I’ll link those here, when I get done with them.

79/365.2011 {The Wells Family}

Here’s the entire Wells family (minus my 2 brothers on that side of the family). We ate at Joe T. Garcia’s after leaving Grandmother’s visitation at the funeral home. Joe T’s is my Uncle Guy’s favorite place to eat, but it’s been years since I’ve been. It’s an amazing place. Beautiful scenery, fountains, greenery. Highly recommended.
