Here’s (link doesn’t work anymore) my January dinner menu that I worked on last night. I’ve got several of the recipes attached to the title. Some of them aren’t the entire thing because I couldn’t find a link to them and I just got them from cookbooks.
Kid Food refers to Kid Food: Rachael Ray’s Top 30 30-Minutes Meals.
365 refers to Rachael Ray 365: No Repeats–A Year of Deliciously Different Dinners.
I went grocery shopping for the 1st 2 weeks and found that Rachael Ray’s recipes require WAY to many ingredients. I may have to cut back and only do her recipes once or twice a month.
If these recipes turn out to be winners, I’ll add them to my recipe page found here. Let me know if you try any of these or if you find some recipes from Rachael that don’t require so many ingredients. Sheesh!
I love that you have a whole menu!! I decided to ‘cook more’ in the coming year. So far, I’ve cooked meals (totally new recipes to my family) for the past five days. My boys are SHOCKED..my DH normally does all the cooking.
I don’t think I’m ready for a calendar….
