Best concert ever…

Last night was AWESOME! I’ve never enjoyed a concert as much as this one. Foreigner was great as usual and did an abbreviated show that we saw back in June. Styx was ok. Nothing too spectacular there and it was quite upsetting to TV Boy that they didn’t play Mr. Roboto. Def Leppard rocked the house! They were just amazing. Lights and camera work added to the music that brought goosebumps and lots of memories for me. It was touching to see Rick Allen, the one armed drummer, who played bare footed and didn’t miss a beat. By the 3rd or 4th song Phil and Viv had taken their shirts off. HOT!!! Joe and Sav haven’t changed a bit. Here’s the set list for you fans out there:
Rocket
Animal
Excitable
Foolin’
Mirror, Mirror (Look Into My Eyes)
Another Hit And Run
Love Bites
Rock On
Two Steps Behind
Bringin’ On The Heartbreak
Switch 625
Hysteria
Armageddon It
Photograph
Pour Some Sugar On Me
———————————–
Rock Of Ages

My favorites from the concert were Foolin’, Hysteria, and Photograph. Two Steps Behind and Bringing on the Heartbreak where done accoustically, but the latter ended as a rocker, which I loved.

As for Hi-Fi Buys Amphitheater, we had uncovered seats, which allowed for breeze, which was nice, but the facility has not been kept up well and not that great of a place to see a concert. They take only cash for souvenirs and food, so if you go there bring your CASH not credit.

Regardless, it was awesome and I’m SO glad we went.

That concert sounds amazing! I love Def Leppard! and Styx. and Foreigner. The last concert we saw was REO, at Summerfest the end of June.
