Today I’m sharing a quick review of Tyler Florence’s book; Inside the Test Kitchen. I have been a big fan of Tyler Florence for quite some time, so when I saw his book was available for review I jumped on it. I love the style of this cookbook. This book looks like a journal with an elastic band on the outside and rounded pages. When you open it, you see pictures along with what looks like Tyler’s own personal hand-written notes. Tyler not only shares many great recipes, 120 to be exact, he also shares many great tips to make those recipes even better! I think this book is a must see purely based on it’s uniqueness.
